Terms of use
OutFour is a free fishing map for Minnesota lakes, run by StormsData L.L.C. (“we”). No account is needed.
An account is optional, and you must be 18 or older to create one. Keep the codes we email you to yourself. You can delete your account at any time in the app or at www.outfour.net/account/delete.
Sharing a trip needs an account. Anyone who has a trip link can see that trip, so send it only to people you trust. A trip link can stop updating without a signal, and it is not an emergency service.
OutFour shows agency records and estimates derived from them. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. OutFour is not for navigation or safety decisions, and it shows no ice thickness or ice safety information.
OutFour is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, StormsData L.L.C. is not liable for any loss from using OutFour or relying on its data. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, and disputes are heard in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
