OutFour is run by StormsData L.L.C. and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or run by any government agency. It shows public information from the Minnesota DNR, the National Weather Service, NOAA, the USGS, the USDA, the Water Quality Portal, the U.S. Census Bureau, Copernicus and OpenStreetMap. Each one's own website is the official source.
OutFour shows agency records and estimates derived from them. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. OutFour is not for navigation or safety decisions, and it shows no ice thickness or ice safety information.
Trip recording and trip links depend on your phone's GPS and signal, and can stop or fall behind. A trip link is not an emergency service: in an emergency, call 911.
